What determines amount of athletic scholarship? Amount of athletic scholarship determines head coach and his staff. Institution budget and student-athlete’s skills are the main deciding factors, along with high school grades and English language proficiency.

Can student combine athletic and academic scholarship? Yes! Many institutions offer combination of athletic and academic scholarships. That way, student can secure a funding for both excellent grades and sport abilities.
How long does it take to graduate from college? University/College programs usually take 4 years to complete. 1 academic year is divided in 2 semesters, each lasting 4 to 5 months. Junior college programs take 2 years to complete. Upon graduating from junior college, students usually transfer to a 4-year university where they continue their studies.
Can I play professional sports after I graduate? Many international student-athletes continue their professional career in the USA or overseas. Many professional scouts search for new stars in college/university.
Is American diploma recognized internationally? Diploma earned at American University or College is recognized in the whole World. It usually needs to be nostrified unless graduate gets hired by an American company. Nostrification is usually a very simple process.
