Ana knows what makes an athlete stand out because she has experienced college recruiting as both a player and a coach. Today, she uses that experience to make sure StudBud athletes are presented professionally through their videos, content and stories.
As StudBud’s Social Media Manager and Video Editor, Ana works directly with athlete footage to create highlight videos designed for college recruiting. Her focus is on making videos clear, professional and easy for coaches to evaluate while showcasing each athlete’s strengths.
Ana also manages StudBud’s social media presence, helping tell the stories of our athletes, celebrate their achievements and show the opportunities they are creating in the USA.
Her own journey started in São Paulo, Brazil. In 2015, Ana moved to the United States on a volleyball scholarship, beginning her college career at Panola College. She became an NJCAA All-American and Region XIV Player of the Year before transferring to Missouri Baptist University, where she completed her degree in Sports Management.
After graduating, Ana returned to Panola College as an assistant coach, where she gained hands-on recruiting experience. She later joined the Missouri Baptist women’s volleyball coaching staff and helped the program win back-to-back NAIA National Championships.
Having been recruited herself and later recruiting athletes as a college coach, Ana understands what coaches notice and what they need to see. She now brings that experience to StudBud to help our athletes put their best foot forward.
