Плавання is a very competitive sport in the United States. Coaches offer college mens swimming scholarships and college womens swimming scholarships USA to international athletes.

Number of Mens Swimming Stipends Available

Mens swimming is always growing as a mens sport in the United States. Over 560 programs offered full or partial mens volleyball scholarships to international and domestic students in 2020.

NCAA Division 1 Swimming Scholarships

Only the best swimmers can qualify for Дивізіон 1 NCAA swimming scholarship. Along with great swimming performances, athletes need to be great students as well. Total maximum scholarships that are awarded are 9.9 per year for mens and 14 for womens swimming (mixing full ride with partials) with a couple of exceptions.

NCAA Division 2 Swimming Scholarships

Дивізіон 2 NCAA swimming scholarships can be either a full ride or partial scholarship. Coaches decide whether they offer full rides or partial scholarships without exceeding 8.1 full rides per academic year for both mens and womens swimming.

NCAA Division 3 Swimming Scholarships

Дивізіон NCAA 3 does not offer swimming scholarships. Student-athletes can qualify for other types of scholarships such as academic scholarship. NAIA Swimming Scholarships

NAIA schools have less swimming scholarships to award NCAA Division 1 and 2 womens programs. There are also fewer NAIA programs than NCAA D1 and D1 programs. There are maximum of 8 full rides available for both mens and womens swimming.

NJCAA (Junior college) Swimming Scholarships

Junior colleges are a great way to start your career in the United States. You can get scholarship offers to swim in college and study for безкоштовно. They also have a great system for international students who are coming to the United States for the first time. There are only 15 programs that offer swimming at Junior College level.
