Predrag has one job: find talent. As a StudBud Agent, he scouts athletes around the world, looking for players with the potential to succeed in college sports in the USA.
Known to most as Peđa or Bicko, Predrag watches athletes compete, evaluates their potential and connects with players and families who could be a great fit for StudBud. His years in volleyball help him look beyond statistics and understand what a player could become.
Volleyball has been part of Predrag’s life from an early age. He comes from the Bićanin family, a family with deep roots and a long tradition in the sport.
Predrag also built an international playing career of his own, competing in Serbia, Romania, Germany, Sweden and Montenegro. Playing across different countries, teams and levels gave him a broad understanding of the game and the qualities coaches look for in athletes.
Today, he uses that experience and his network in the volleyball world to discover the next generation of talent and connect them with opportunities to study and compete in the USA.
