«Først var jeg litt skeptisk da jeg så at byrået hadde mange spillere under kontrakt. Jeg trodde de kanskje ikke hadde nok tid til å vie hver spiller individuelt. Men jeg innså raskt at jeg tok feil. Byrået har vært ekstremt hjelpsomme i alle aspekter – fra å skaffe visum (noe som ikke er lett nå for tiden) til å håndtere alle administrative prosesser som universitetsregistrering, visumsøknader, kontraktsmessige avtaler og til og med flybilletter. Det jeg verdsetter mest er deres konstante tilgjengelighet og støtte. De svarer alltid raskt på anrop og gjør alt de kan for å løse eventuelle problemer som måtte oppstå. Deres engasjement slutter ikke når en spiller signerer en kontrakt – tvert imot fortsetter de å følge og støtte spilleren ved å aktivt promotere ham gjennom sosiale medier med videoer, oppdateringer og kommentarer.
