My name is Rafael, I’m a 6’4 and weighing 240 lbs volleyball athlete. I’m currently focused on improving my strength and athletic performance while also reducing body fat. I’ve played volleyball competitively and also worked as a referee, which gave me a deeper understanding of the game from multiple angles.
I’m serious about my development and bring a strong mindset to both training and matches. I’m a lefty with a powerful presence on court and am always working to improve my physical conditioning and tactical awareness.
