About me
My name is Elena Mohači, and I am a 17-year-old middle blocker from Serbia, class of 2026. I have been playing volleyball since I was eight years old, and over the years I have competed in every youth category before earning regular playing time in the Serbian Second League against older and more experienced players.
As a middle blocker, I take pride in my blocking, quick transitions, and ability to read the game. One of my favorite experiences was competing at the international Etvos Cup in Hungary, where I was named Best Middle Blocker of the tournament. Since 2019, I have also trained at the volleyball camp of Serbian Olympic champion Vanja Grbić, where I have continued improving both technically and mentally as a player.
Outside of volleyball, I attend Medical School in Serbia and have maintained top grades throughout my education. Balancing academics and high-level volleyball has taught me discipline, responsibility, and strong time management skills.
I am excited for the opportunity to continue my athletic and academic career in the United States and bring my work ethic, competitiveness, and positive attitude to a college program.
