Club and school captain, I’m an energetic 4th-year setter, having played for seven years. I have a reputation as a leader who enjoys a fast offence with a powerful serve. Recently, I received back-to-back team MVP honours in our most recent Club tournaments. Focused on my studies, I work hard to earn a mid-80’s average with plans to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. Last year, I played my 17u club season “up” on the Phoenix Heat 18u team, earning team MVP honours at Nationals. I’ve received the Ontario Volleyball Association Award of Excellence Leadership Award three times, and won the 16u D2 Ontario Championships. I have been working with renown Strength and Conditioning Coach Reid Hall to increase my vertical, power, and speed. Always a student of the game, I am also a certified referee and coach. Last season, in addition to playing, I was the assistant coach of the 15u Girls Shockwave Volleyball Club team.
